Now a year after his Cup debut at Texas, Bayne has his first Nationwide victory at the same track

Now a year after his Cup debut at Texas, Bayne has his first Nationwide victory at the same track. It comes during an up-and-down year that includes a month when he missed five races because of an inflammatory condition.
"I don't know if you could script a story like the year I've had," Bayne said. "It's crazy to think only one year ago I was making my first Cup start and to come back here to Texas and get our first Nationwide win, this is a place I'm gonna love from now on."
Edwards said the victory was huge for Bayne.
"He's been through a lot that anybody in his position would consider that a big journey that he's been on and to be as young as he is and to have so many changes in his life right now, and for him to handle everything as gracefully as he has, I think, says a lot about him," Edwards said. "So it's neat to see someone like that have some success

0010: Time for me to step aside but keep your eyes across this page, bbc.co.uk/tennis and Piers Newbery on Twitter for further updates. Thanks for sticking around. Over and out.

Andy Murray's part-time coach Sven Groeneveld on Twitter: "Serena still start at 7 but the other 3 matches not before 7:30! (But on Ashe they are still cleaning the court) fingers crossed!"

Marty, Leamington, via text on 81111: "1919 and 1927 Wimbledon went to third Tuesday. 1922 Wimbledon even went as far as third Wednesday. Any advance on that?"

2350: It seems a dry spell is upon us. How long it lasts is anyone's guess. IF - I stress IF - it stays like this, all four women's quarter-finals should get going some time after 7pm local time (0000 BST). Hang in there, ladies and gentlemen.

Rachael via text on 81111: "Has this tournament ever gone to a Tuesday finish? Have any of the slams?"

UNDERCOVER x fragment x Nike Match Classic

'Sneakers' themselves seem fitting, but if you were really going undercover, you wouldn't plaster your brand name all over your footwear right?  But that's the concept behind Jun Takahashi's UNDERCOVER label, anyway, a play on the Japanese phrase that referred to girls who wore athletic gear with no concern for its performance application.  So it's not without some sense of irony that you see his name along with Hiroshi Fujiwara's fragment design emblem blazoned across the vulcanized soles of the UNDERCOVER x fragment x Nike Match Classic, a pack whose clean blue and grey suede uppers are every bit as clean as their soles are wordy.  UNDERCOVER stores in Japan have already gotten their shipments but we'll have to wait for a US drop, so click through for more and stick with Sneaker News for updates on their stateside release date.

An issue has already arisen where Paul Daley, who was set to challenge Nick Diaz for the Strikeforce welterweight title in the main event on April 9 in San Diego, is publicly having second thoughts. Daley was fired by White from UFC in May when he sucker-punched Josh Koscheck after a loss. At the time, White said that Daley would never fight in UFC again, and on Saturday, he said while all contracts would be honored, that Daley would still never fight in UFC again.
